Frangos Architecture & Design

William Frangos prefers to focus on commercial/office space, hotel, food service, and religious institutions.  He applies the same design and client appreciation rules for this type of work.  An example of  William Frangos's work is St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Lynn.  He renovated the banquet hall, the classrooms, and designed new accessible bathrooms. Minos Plaza (on going multi-phase additions and alterations); and Fagone's Salon interior renovation in Marblehead MA.  Upcomming and current work includes a new mutli-tenant office building on Rt 1, Danvers MA; a mixed-use commercial building in Lynn MA; an archives museum in Brookline MA (Current project); 5-star hotel and conference center in Crete, Greece (Current project).

William Frangos follows LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards to ensure that his designs are sustainable and healthy places to work in.  The buildings will be lower in energy consumption, provide renewable energy, use as many local materials as possible for the construction.  Renovations and additions to buildings follow similar rules in design and execution.  For site, structural; heating, ventilation & air conditioning; lighting; code analysis; and interiors, William Frangos collaborates with professional consultants to get accurate and informative help.
